This unit aims to keep communicating effectively with the alumni to contribute in preparing them to find job opportunities through balancing between learning outcomes and labor market needs.

• Keep communicating with alumni in order to balance learning outcomes and labor market needs.
• Help alumni to engage in labor market by qualifying them.
• Dedicate a specified alumni’s database to keep their information.
• Enhance alumni’s relation with the deanship by intensive communication.
• Follow up alumni’s statues in terms of working according to their qualifications by preparing research studies and indicators.
• Keep communicating to find job opportunities for Alumni.
• Provide studies to show number of alumni and specify ratios of employed and unemployed personal to the interested parties.
• Prepare periodical reports to show strategic partnership initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Collect and update alumni’s contact information and how long did they took to get their jobs.
• Strengthen the relationship between Alumni and the deanship.
• Benefits from the alumni’s experience by engaging them to express their opinions in educational programs.
• Communicate with alumni in order to find out their employment.
• Prepare necessary programs and plans to balance between learning outcomes and national qualification framework.
• Explore business trends and plans in future employment and occupation.
• Develop programs to explore and enhance practical skill needed by labor market.
• Encourage departments to update their educational programs according to the latest trends in different business sectors.
• Linking different scientific departments in the college with business institution.

• Support research contributions at the faculty then analyze research results to define business sector needs to improve educational programs according to the requirements in business sector.
