This unit aims to improve the staff efficiency and effectiveness through continuous training.
Unit’s tasks:
- Improve staff’s skills, knowledge and capabilities to perform their tasks effectively.
- Prepare and follow-up the implementation of the training plan for the deanship staff.
- Define deanship staff needs from training and development by intensive communication and review staff performance evaluation.
- Providing the employees with new information in the field of training, development and education according to their work needs.
- Explore the deanship staff needs from training, development and education.
- Identify and analyze the tasks that performed below the required level then design the necessary approaches to improve its performance.
- Utilization of training programs, seminars and conferences related to the field.
- Encourage deanship staff who are expertise in the implementation of training and development activities.
- Follow-up latest educational and technical developments in the field of educational techniques and e-learning management systems.
- Conduct blackboard workshops.
- Prepare periodical reports necessary to evaluate the use of training and development programs, define challenges and suggest necessary solutions.
