Electronic committees system

Project Overview

An electronic system which manages all procedures that take place before and after the meetings of the committees. The system includes data of the members of the committees and the development of technical ways to create and send invitations for meetings to the members. It also provides search process threads and electronic follow-up on the recommendations that have been discussed in previous meetings.

Motives for Developing the System
  • Support the strategic goal of the University in the transition to a paperless University through the automation of forms and data.
  • Improve the level of services provided by the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education.
  • The transition from manual labor to electronic, in line with the University’s aim to become paperless.
  • Facilitate and simplify procedures as well as quick accomplishment of tasks.
  • Save the data of members of committees and meetings in the database.
  • . Facilitate performance monitoring through the observation of recommendations and topics that have been discussed in the meetings.
  • Enable automatic archiving, ease of search and retrieval of meetings’ events.
