Training Unit

Unit’s tasks:

  • Activate all forms of training and development within the training halls of the Deanship.
  • Supervise the e-learning training portal and set training schedules.
  • Monitor the effect of training on the performance of the trainees, and identify distinguished and talented trainers.
  • Study and determine the needs of staff at the colleges in the field of e-learning and train them on its application.
  • Provide training courses for faculty members and technical support officials on e-learning and distance education systems, and participate in overcoming training obstacles.
  • Provide training courses for supervisors of educational programs to qualify them to supervise these programs.
  • Provide a plan to guide and train faculty staff and students on educational and technical aspects and its innovations to insure interaction with the electronic system in the educational institution.
  • Implementation of circulars and incoming memos and abiding by its decisions for effective training.
  • Propose models for training and mentor its activation.
  • Study proposals associated with e-training in the strategic plan of the University.
  • Carry out any instructions issued by the Department Head related to the unit's activities.
