Live chat with technical support through Blackboard

Now through Blackboard, Faculty members can chat with technical support of the Deanship of e-learning and distance education staff through instant messaging on the Blackboard system. To start chatting with support team, click on “Live help”. To start an instant conversation, please click on the icon "Live help" and enter your data in the space.
