Project Overview

A system that manages the flow of the electronic tests prior the exam dates; beginning with the nomination of supervisors administrating the exams and coordination with the different colleges in terms of exam dates, locations and readiness of laboratories. As well as, managing the process during the tests in terms of writing reports by the supervisor for each course supervised and after the exams in terms of writing comprehensive reports for the testing period.

Motives for Developing the System
  • Support the strategic goal of the University in the transition to a paperless University through the automation of forms and data.
  • Improve the level of services provided by the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education.
  • The transition from manual labor to electronic, in line with the University’s aim to become paperless.
  • Facilitate and simplify procedures as well as quick accomplishment of tasks.
  • Manage the flow of electronic testing prior, during and after the examination period.
  • Raise productivity and reduce the time and effort spent to schedule test supervision.
  • Reduce financial costs and office space associated with the use of paper files.
  • Automate nomination and supervision scheduling for electronic testing.
  • Enable instant archiving of data and ease of search and retrieval.
  • Generate periodic reports on the flow of the electronic tests.
