The construction and development of a digital library serves as an electronic repository for learning objects. The system facilitates the storage, retrieval and re-use of learning object modules needed to build digital course by the developers at the deanship.

- Build a digital library to save and record the digital content of learning objects in the deanship.
- Convert and reuse the digital content of learning objects in the deanship.
- Minimize duplication of learning objects.
- Facilitate sharing and development of learning objects.
- Archive and post learning objects widely.
